How it Works
In the body, pectin and alginates form stacks in what has been described as the “egg box model.” The pockets of the “egg box” contain positively charged ions to balance the negatively charged chains. Normally, the positive ions are sodium and potassium. However, toxic metals – especially lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic and radioactive particles – as well as other environmental toxins, have a higher affinity for these fibers, and become tightly bound and trapped within the egg box structure so the body can easily eliminate them.*

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for intensive support, take 3 capsules 2 times daily on an empty stomach, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
For long term maintenance, take 1 capsule 2 times daily on an empty stomach, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Additional Usage Guidelines:
This product is designed to be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or after food, supplements and/or medications. For long-term maintenance and for children less than 12 years of age, take 2 capsules daily.

What is the Difference Between Other Heavy Metal Removal Methods (such as EDTA) and PectaClear®?

These treatments also strip the body of essential minerals and nutrients; therefore, the patient also has to take replacement supplements. PectaClear® is easy, convenient, economical and does not remove any essential minerals or nutrients.*
Is PectaClear® Safe for Children?

Does PectaClear® Contain Iodine?
One of the key ingredients in PectaClear® is Alginate, which is a viscous gum (glutinous in nature, thick, sticky) derived from the cell wall of brown algae (seaweed). It is modified and purified, and contains no Iodine.

The alginate used is from the laminaria species.
